Any third-party assets (fonts, images, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses.

Confidentiality

Any non-public information shared during a project will be treated as confidential and used solely for project purposes.

Limitation of Liability

Red Apple Works is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of business, data, or revenue
• Issues caused by third-party services, hosting providers, or platforms

All services are provided "as is."

Termination

Either party may terminate services with reasonable notice.

Any completed work up to the termination date remains payable.
